Natalia Momot promoted to Director of FirstCOMPANY

The Collyer Law Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalia Momot as Director of FirstCOMPANY, our subsidiary for corporate administration services and entity management.

FirstCOMPANY is licensed as a Registered Filing Agent

Natalia joined the Collyer Law Group in 2018 as a FirstCOUNSELLOR, bringing her wide-ranging experience in the many subsectors of the FinTech industry, including peer-to-peer lending, robo-advisory, payments and remittances, personal finance and crypto-currency.

Natalia's primary focus is on providing in-house legal support to Fintech sector clients of the Collyer Law Group, through FirstCOUNSEL. Natalia also undertakes a business development role as ‘Head of Russia Desk’ for the Collyer Law Group.
