Collyer Law strengthens corporate and transactional capability with Big Law hire

Collyer Law LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Lai as Associate Director. With his extensive legal expertise and strong track record, Lai brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to further enhance the firm's capabilities in Singapore and South East Asia.

As an Associate Director at Collyer Law, Eric Lai will focus on providing transactional and regulatory advice, with particular interest in the technology, life-sciences and healthcare sectors and their intersection with sustainability, and a focus on Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked with Virtus Law LLP (part of Stephenson Harwood (Singapore) Alliance) and Holborn Law (the Singapore Formal Law Alliance of CMS, a top ten international law firm.
