Advising venture debt fund on financing to Singapore fintech company

Collyer Law advised a venture debt fund in relation to a proposed venture debt financing involving a Singapore financial technology company with operations in Singapore and Malaysia.

Our role comprised a review of the principal financing and security documents prepared by Singapore counsel to the counterparty, including the subscription agreement, charge over assets, warrant certificate, two suretyship agreements and pricing supplement.
