Advising a leading Lithuania-based finance institution on license compliance

Collyer Law advised UAB Zen.com, an electronic money institution based out of Lithuania. The company is rapidly growing in the European Union and aims to challenge the notion of traditional banking by managing payments via different portals (for instance, Apple Pay and Google Pay) collectively. The advice focused on application to the Monetary Authority of Singapore for the Major Payment Institution license under the Payment Services Act.
