Advising global business transformation co on strategic minority investment in travel technology platform

Collyer Law LLC acted as Singapore legal counsel to WNS, a global business process management company in connection with its proposed acquisition of a minority equity stake in a Singapore-based B2B travel technology provider with significant operations in South Asia.

The investment formed part of WNS's strategic initiative to expand into digital travel infrastructure. Collyer Law advised on the interpretation and implementation of rights under the Shareholders’ Agreement, conducted legal due diligence on the investee company, and led the review and finalisation of all definitive transaction documents.
