Collyer Law advised a Bahrain-based family office on drafting investment documentation for an (aborted) investment by a Bahrain-based family office LHQ into a Singapore company producing fast charging systems for mobile electronics.

Our scope included limited corporate due diligence on company structure and ownership of intellectual property relating to the global patent application for 5 key patents.
