Advising private indoor golf club on acquisition

Collyer Law advised Urban Fairways Singapore Pte. Ltd, a private indoor golf club and sports bar, in connection with acquisition of Urban Fairways's business by Clubhouse Singapore Pte. Ltd.

The deal involved a take-over of the lease and certain assets and intellectual property related to the business of a golf simulator business.
