Advising ASEAN Financial Innovation Network on platform documentation & business structure

Collyer Law advised the ASEAN Financial Innovation Network, a collaboration between IFC (International Finance Corporation), MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) and ABA (Asean Bankers Association) on its commercial contracts for operation of its platform for connecting fintech companies with ASEAN-based banks.

AFIN’s goal is to facilitate innovation and collaboration between financial institutions and fintech companies supporting financial inclusion, in particular through an “industry sandbox” in which participants can integrate and test applications with each other via a cloud-based architecture.
