Advising OSLabs on its Series A2 round

Collyer Law advised OSLabs, a Singapore-headquartered Indian company, on its issuance and allotment of Series A2 preference shares and ordinary shares. OSLabs developed the first Android-based regional smartphone operating system made especially for regional language users in emerging markets.
