Our Founder,

Azmul Haque advised on IBLJ's 2015 Deal of the Year (Mergers & Acquisitions) for "Snapdeal’s acquisition of FreeCharge for USD400m". This was published in Indian Business Law Journal, December 2015, though this was a matter that Azmul originated and supervised in his previous law-firm.
