Eric Lai promoted to Director

Collyer Law LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Lai as Director. Eric joined Collyer Law in July 2023 as an Associate Director from Virtus Law LLP, part of Stephenson Harwood (Singapore) Alliance. Prior to that Eric was an Associate at Holborn Law, the Singapore Formal Law Alliance of CMS, a top ten international law firm.

Eric's primary focus is on providing transactional and regulatory advice, within the technology, life-sciences and healthcare sectors and their intersection with sustainability, and a focus on Southeast Asia.

Managing Director Azmul Haque said: " I am delighted that Eric has joined Collyer Law at this stage of his career. This also marks a full circle as Eric and I were colleagues in his first job and my last (before founding Collyer) ".
