Advising Veative Labs on the sale and purchase of intellectual property

Collyer Law advised Veative Labs and its founders, in relation to the sale and purchase of all intellectual property associated with the business in Singapore and its wholly owned Indian subsidiary, Veative Labs Private Limited and sale and purchase of the entire share capital of the Indian Sub, in each case, to Dev Clever Holdings for a combination of cash and shares in the Buyer.
