Collyer Law advised a non-fungible token-based online video game developed by Vietnamese studio in relation to reviewing and advising on compliance with the new Gambling Control Act 2022, Gambling Control (Remote Games of Chance – Class Licence) Order 2022 and related legislation/regulations, in connection with certain new features of the Axie Infinity game and how it may comply with the above legislation, order and related legislation/regulations.
