Collyer Law advised Franklin Templeton on a proposed (aborted) acquisition and due diligence of a FinTech company utilizing blockchain technology to create a platform for the buying and selling of crypto investments and tokenizing securities.
The target is a FinTech company innovating the convergence of two worlds - traditional investments and digital assets, using blockchain technology to create, issue and trade financial instruments through a single platform.
