Acquisition of Twelve Cupcakes by Indian conglomerate

Collyer Law advised the Dhunseri Group (a regional conglomerate in India with diverse interests including tea, petrochemicals and real state) on the acquisition of ‘Twelve Cupcakes’, a Singapore brand for cupcakes and confectionary business with 17 outlets across Singapore, South East Asia, and HK.

The sale marked the exit of its founders and shareholders, Singapore celebrity couple Daniel Ong and Jamie Teo.
