Advising on acquisition of Malaysian Traveltech business
Collyer Law advised Traveazy, a traveltech company operating an online portal named HolidayMe for customising international holidays, on an acquisition of a Malaysian traveltech company called Tripfez. The consolidation was part of a further investment round led by Gobi Ventures, an investor in both companies, and the combined business would access new markets in Asia for halal-compliant travel and experiences.
