Areas of Expertise

 

Suranjana is currently a Practice Trainee with Collyer Law. She recently graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) in 2024. She assists the team in a variety of matters, ranging from corporate to commercial, corporate secretarial, regulatory, and M&A.

 

During her time in university, Suranjana honed her negotiation skills through moots, involving areas such as M&A, insolvency & restructuring, as well as investor-state arbitration. Outside of academia, she volunteered her time by mentoring lower secondary school children, teaching them public speaking skills in her pro bono workshops. She also put her organisational skills to use and put together events with Law Club to increase welfare amongst her cohort.

Interests

During her free time, you’ll find Suranjana writing, reading, and exploring new cities and cuisines (recently she’s been loving Vietnamese and Mediterranean food). She’s usually probably covered in clay, paint, or sand from the beach. She’s a permanent beginner at a new hobby, currently making a valiant attempt at pottery that’s… creatively abstract. She’s equally at home in a museum, a movie theater, or a mosh pit, always looking for her next source of inspiration.
