Area of Expertise​

Manika practices in the areas of corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions) and general corporate.

 

She regularly supports clients across the full lifecycle of corporate transactions - from deal structuring and due diligence through to closing. Her practice spans venture capital financings for early and growth-stage companies, M&A transactions, ESOP advisory, and day-to-day corporate advisory work including governance, restructuring, and commercial arrangements.

 

During her time at University, Manika was active in the International Law Moot Court Society and participated in three moot court competitions: Foreign Direct Investment, Asia Cup and the prestigious Philip C. Jessup competition, in which she finished strongly with a number of awards and rankings as an oralist.

Interests

 

Outside of law, Manika enjoys keeping active through regular workouts, discovering new music, and travelling whenever she gets the chance. When she's not doing any of that, she's usually catching up with friends over good coffee.
