Yutong is currently an Associate with Collyer Law, advising on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate secretarial matters and general corporate advisory work.

 

She assists clients with corporate transactions, from due diligence and restructurings to transaction documentation and shareholder-related matters. Whether supporting a complex transaction or advising on day-to-day corporate issues, she takes a practical and detail-oriented approach to helping clients.

 

In addition, Yutong advises on corporate governance and compliance matters, including board and shareholder approvals and statutory filings. She works with clients at various stages of their business journey, helping them navigate legal and regulatory requirements while pursuing their strategic goals.

 

Interests

Away from the office, Yutong enjoys exploring different genres of music, attending live concerts and discovering new films at the cinema. More recently, she has developed an obsession with her digital camera and enjoys documenting special moments with it. When she's not doing any of the above, she is usually relaxing at home or spending time with friends.
