Collyer Law advised Vela Tech Holding, Inc., a subsidiary of RSBG Infrastructure Technologies, on its acquisition of Alfa Tech Vestasia Pte. Ltd, which provides turnkey project solutions from consulting, design, build and project management to facility management across Asia for an undisclosed amount.
Vela Tech is comprised of a portfolio of companies and over 500 people. The holding company's portfolio includes Verity Commercial, AlfaTech Asia, SecurView, AlfaTech USA, and AT-PD with services ranging from PM/CM, real estate and development, cyber security and MEP engineering design, lighting and technology.
