We act as counsel and appear for clients present in institutional and ad-hoc arbitration proceedings.  We represent clients across industries, in a wide variety of commercial disputes arising from Corporate Finance, Venture Capital or Joint Ventures, before tribunals and sole arbitrators in disputes arising out of agreements governed by Indian, English and Singapore substantive laws with dispute resolution procedures administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the International Chamber of Commerce. 

 

In addition to appearing before tribunals, drafting and filing pleadings, we also provide advice related to ongoing arbitration proceedings and help clients formulate strategy and quickly and efficiently resolve disputes.  Additionally, where necessary and possible, we also provide pre-dispute strategic advice, including providing a preliminary assessment on merits, to enable clients to efficiently sort out issues with opposing parties without being drawn into a long-drawn dispute resolution process. 

 

As counsel in numerous cross border commercial disputes, we have acted for clients located in India, Singapore and across Asia through the entire course of dispute resolution proceedings from the commencement of the arbitration to the end of the dispute, including providing advice on enforcement of favourable foreign awards received.
