Shakti is a corporate M&A lawyer specialising in venture capital and new-age investments based in Singapore.
He has advised numerous clients on fundraising, private equity and venture capital investments, exits, corporate restructurings and strategic alliances/JVs, representing both investors and companies. Additionally, Shakti has extensive experience in M&A transactions and is well-versed in navigating the full spectrum of regulatory and transactional issues under (Indian) corporate and foreign investment laws.
Before joining Collyer Law LLC, Shakti was a Senior Associate at Khaitan & Co, a leading full-service law firm in India, where he was based in Mumbai and also supported the firm’s Singapore offices.
