Laxman’s practice focuses on Banking & Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and also assists on a range of corporate advisory, commercial contracts, compliance and employment matters.

 

Prior to joining Collyer, he interned in various law firms in Singapore and completed part of his traineeship in the corporate department of a Singapore law firm, focusing on company formation, commercial contracts and Mergers & Acquisitions. Laxman is also experienced in providing range of corporate legal and secretarial services dealing with investments and financial arrangements.

 

Interests

 

Laxman is an amateur master chef and enjoys cooking meals for his friends and family. In his free time, he explores a newly found passion for the underwater world through scuba diving.
