Area of Expertise

 

Ashley is an Associate with the Corporate Team. Her areas of focus are Venture Capital and Technology Transactions.

 

Ashley graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) Faculty of Law. In NUS, she was awarded the NUS ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship and admitted to the University Scholars Programme. During her time at NUS Law, she excelled in Corporate and Regulatory-related modules. In 2021, she developed a Model Investment Treaty (with an accompanying commentary) for a developing country’s direct use in government negotiations as part of the TradeLab International Economic Law Clinic. She also represented the school and received awards in several international negotiation and mediation competitions such as the Lex Infinitum International Dispute Resolution Competition.

 

Interests

 

Ashley spends her most of her free time with friends and poring over Genius song lyrics. Yoga or cycling would be her activities of choice!
