Area of Expertise
Aditya’s practice focuses on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial contracts. He has advised multiple private equity funds, strategic investors, public and private target companies or sovereign wealth funds on a range of cross-border PE and M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Collyer Law, Aditya was a part of the general corporate practice of a premier law firm in India, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. in Mumbai, where he advised clients across a range of industries, with a focus on technology-enabled businesses, including in sectors such as e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, food and beverages, news, digital media, online gaming, digital payments and online B2C and B2B retail businesses.
Aditya has extensive experience on advising on the company side as well, including leading tech companies in India, such as, Flipkart and Paytm (One97 Communications). He has also worked as a secondee with the M&A team at Flipkart handling their strategic investments and commercial arrangements.

Advising Flipkart Private Limited, Singapore,* on its acquisition of 10.37% stake by CPP Investment Board PMI-2 Ltd, Waverly Pte. Ltd., Gamvest Pte. Ltd. and SVF II Falcon (DE) LLC as the lead investors, along with several other minority investors for US$ 3 billion.
