Lester advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. He specialises in domestic and cross-border venture capital, private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

 

His experience includes advising both start-ups and investors on funding rounds at various stages of the corporate lifecycle. He has also advised clients on latestage equity exits, asset sales, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures. His practice is sector-agnostic, and he has advised on transactions involving a wide range of industries.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Lester practised at leading international and regional law firms. He also served as a Justices’ Law Clerk to the Supreme Court of Singapore.

 

Interests

 

Lester likes to dive headfirst into all things to do with technology, learning how to code and meddling with his computer in his spare time. On the days when he decides to go outside, he enjoys going for runs.
